Ilija has considerable experience seeing projects from the construction phases through to the handover of projects.

Time and again, he has proven he has an eye for ensuring that contractors are managed and any discrepancies found during the construction phase are met with enduring solutions, alleviating pressure on the project team.

Ilija has also worked extensively on the qualification of systems and processes, utilising GxP standards to write and execute IQ / OQ documents.

Most recently he spent time at two global pharmaceutical companies on a range of GMP and non-GMP projects managing procurement, site installations (piping & equipment), commissioning and qualification activities.

Preceding his time in pharmaceuticals processing, he spent a period at England’s fastest growing automotive manufacturer; project managing a software development team across multiple car lines & development phases, co-ordinating both local and off-shore teams to meet strict product development targets. He also spent time at a start-up dairy consultancy working on turn-key projects with some of the largest dairy manufacturers in regional Victoria supporting their project engineering teams.
