Ivanco is a professional, driven and experienced mechanical engineer who has worked in both the food packaging and automotive industries, working in research & development and manufacturing roles on large collaborative projects for global automotive giant Toyota and packaging stalwart Visy Industries.

Dedicated to process improvement and overall production quality; Ivanco has worked on collaborative design projects, requiring scope preparation, engineering design & validation as well as root cause analysis of manufacturing process faults and issues.

Past projects: 


  • Installed new Innoscan Optoscan light pinhole detector system to conversion press to conduct online inspection and detection of can end (lids) "leakers" to decrease downtime experienced on production line from defective ends.

  • Lead cost down working group for brake piping production process and logistics improvement.

  • 3D modelling and part design of production press plates for the Food Can Division at Visy Industries.

  • 18” alloy wheel part design and manufacturing process development (saving over $400,000pa due to weight saving design) for the 2015 Australian built Toyota Camry (http://www.caradvice.com.au/353790/2015-toyota-camry-review/).

  • Conducting value stream mapping to improve process flow of aluminium extrusion cutting for door and window assembly business.
