Past projects:


  • Procurement Manager (technical and commercial) for a $205M pharmaceutical project for CSL Behring.

    • Created a procurement strategy and governance plan for the project & site, with strategy to be rolled out Australia wide.

    • $4.2M saving on quoted market prices for $51M of process equipment & instrumentation.

  • Project manager for $10M R&D pilot Facility for large pharmaceutical company.

    • Completed design and budget proposal for capital investment board.

  • Completed relocation of a freeze drying plant with upgrades for Probiotec. 

    • Project included decommissioning obsolete sections of plant as well as creating new P&ID’s, work flows, software, quality documentation and all necessary works for reconstruction of the plant.

  • Reduced assembly time and components for Eco Pacific.

    • Successful project completion with a redesign of the HVAC equipment using both 3D modelling software for components and modelling the flow of fluid through the components.

    • Raw materials supplier & base components manufacturer was also changed with better pricing negotiated as part of the project completion.

  • Root Cause Analysis on large process network for Nestle Peters to stop major equipment failure.

    • Conducted thorough P&ID review with multiple corrections to reflect as built status.

    • Reviewed functional specifications and flow paths for CIP.

    • Redesigned internal components of equipment using Solid Works & FEA.
